WEBGIS PENYEBARAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI KABUPATEN BARITO TIMUR

Abstrak

There are many sectors and factors to develop the economic development of East Barito Regency, one of which is a program from the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of East Barito Regency to monitor Micro, small and medium enterprises. Solutions and strategies are needed to monitor existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) data by building a Web-based geographic information system that will also be accessible to the wider community. In addition to building a Web-based geographic information system, this research also evaluates small and medium-sized enterprises based on their location, distribution, and compliance with Law No. 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
This study uses spatial data in the form of location coordinates, addresses and non-spatial data in the form of supporting data and information in the form of MSME names, categories, product types, addresses, contacts or telephone numbers, business owners, and photos of MSMEs. Making the MSME WebGIS of East Barito Regency uses Mapbox Leaflet JS as a base map. The database created with PHPMyAdmin on WebGIS was built based on tabular data from the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of East Barito Regency, as well as the results of field research.
The result of this research is the WebGIS of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Barito Regency which provides information about the location, attributes, and is equipped with a search feature and adds information to MSMEs. Meanwhile, from the results of data analysis, 1,256 businesses were included in the Industry category, then there were 7,228 businesses in the Trade category, 1,121 businesses in the Services category and 5,723 businesses in the Agriculture category.
