Abstrak
PT. Sucofindo Banjarmasin so far in making decisions to determine employee career advancement still uses the manual method and the database used is still in paper form, so it takes a long time for processing and the biggest obstacle is the difficulty in storing or searching archives that have been stored if it will be matched with information or guidelines that have just been obtained, and do not forget the problem of making reports that are late sometimes also hinder the delivery of information. Meanwhile, if the company has a large number of employees, planning the career path of each employee and regeneration or changing positions within the company becomes difficult and takes a lot of time because each personal Human Resource Department (HRD) does not necessarily know each employee closely. Therefore, an effective method is needed, as a decision support system that is expected to facilitate and assist HRD personnel in planning the career path of each employee. Analysis of employee career path planning becomes more focused, effective and efficient.
To overcome these problems, a computer-based decision support system is needed that can provide information quickly related to employee criteria. The method that is often used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The application is made on a web-based basis.
The result of this research is an application for Employee Career Path at PT. Web-Based Sucofindo Using Simple Additive Weighting Method. With this application, it will be able to facilitate the planning of the career path of each employee and regeneration or change of position in the company. This application's main purpose is to facilitate HRD personnel in calculating employee values while working at the company PT.Sucofindo Banjarmasin, so that the calculation process for regeneration or employee change positions will be faster.
