Abstrak
As of May 2024, 132 member countries and territories are in the process of implementing the ICD-11 classification system, with 72 countries beginning the implementation process, 50 countries expanding pilots, and 14 countries using ICD-11 coding for data collection. Three new language versions have been launched, adding to the existing 10 language options, with additional translations in progress. Methods :The ICD-11 2024 version offers more than 200 new allergen codes to improve diagnostic accuracy and enhanced digital tools. Result : Notably, WHO has introduced the Digital Open Rule Integrated Cause of Death Selection (DORIS) tool in multiple languages to improve the quality of cause of death information and support health data management. This comprehensive improvement aims to strengthen the global health system and facilitate appropriate policy making. Conclusion : Android mobile is one form of many system application planning that is widely used by almost all smart phone users today, so this is very suitable for the next development.
