To manage and analyze service-related data efficiently, an application is required to process transaction data and analyze service fee receipts.
This analysis provides insights into projected service fee revenue, serving as a reference for future business improvements. Based on research and issue analysis at CV. Bintang Tunggal, the development of a computer-based application was found to streamline transaction data management. The application integrates the Trend Moment method to analyze and forecast service fee receipts.
By applying the Trend Moment method, the system simplifies the calculation and prediction of future revenues. Furthermore, the application supports administrative processes by enabling fast and accurate report generation. Overall, the system enhances operational efficiency and supports data-driven decision-making for the company's service management.
