Abstrak

Population services are one of the most important tasks in government agencies such as villages, especially in modern times like today, where information is required to be accurate and obtained quickly and easily.
The Narahan Village Office is still experiencing problems in providing population administration services, including writing letters and making reports. These obstacles include frequent errors in missing population data, which results in duplication of data, thus affecting the accuracy of reports.
The system currently running, the process of creating population documents and processing data still uses ledgers, and all letters are created using Office applications.
With this application, processing letters and data no longer uses ledgers and office applications.
