PENERAPAN METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT PADA APLIKASI BERBASIS VISUAL UNTUK ANALISIS DATA MAHASISWA BARU DALAM PEMINATAN JURUSAN PADA PASCASARJANA UIN ANTASARI BANJARMASIN

Abstract

The current UIN Antasari Postgraduate Program started from the Postgraduate School which was established by IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin on August 1 2000, based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Institutional Development Number E/176/2000 concerning Approval of the Opening of the IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin Postgraduate Program.
With several study programs having been opened and the number of students currently continuing to increase, it has had a significant impact on the analysis of majors in the Postgraduate program. This aims to ensure that prospective students can have a reference for choosing the major they take when registering for a Masters program. However, currently there is no application-based method for new student registration data that can be managed effectively in the UIN Antasari Postgraduate program.
This research will develop an application that can manage new student data which includes department data, study program head data, operator data, registration data and registration data. From the processed data, a specialization process for majors or study programs is carried out using the Weighted Product method. This application can make it easier to analyze study program specializations at the Postgraduate Program at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This application produces analyst data reports, leadership data reports, assessment data reports, calculation data reports.
