Abstract
This research aims to design and develop a web-based Malestore employee performance assessment application using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This application aims to help Malestore leaders measure and evaluate employee performance efficiently and objectively.
The AHP method is used in this research because it is able to combine qualitative and quantitative approaches in decision making. In the context of employee performance assessment, AHP allows Malestore leadership to consider relevant factors and give appropriate weight to certain scenarios. This application was developed based on a web application as its main base so that it can be accessed easily by Malestore. Some of the features included in this application include: employee data management, performance assessment based on predetermined criteria, calculation of criteria weights using the AHP method, and automatic creation of employee performance reports.
By using the Malestore employee performance assessment application, Malestore leaders can carry out the employee assessment process more efficiently and objectively. The assessment results obtained can be used as a basis for making decisions regarding providing incentives and training for employees.
