APLIKASI MONITORING SISTEM MARKETING PADA DEVELOPER PROPERTY PT. GRIYA BANUA BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Home marketing at the Property Developer company PT. Griya Banua is currently still being done manually, so there is little information about the housing being sold. To solve the above problems, increase sales and reach a wider market share, PT. Griya Banua wants to use technology in the Monitoring Marketing strategy by implementing it using a Web-based application.
The research methodology used is a descriptive method that describes the problems that occur in the field as they are. Then analyze and explain the data collected in accordance with the research objectives. With the existence of a web-based information system at Griya Banua, it can help consumers start by ordering houses and helping the marketing department to carry out their duties in promoting the house.
Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the Web-based application created could be a promotional medium, help improve marketing and reduce operational costs for the company.
