RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PERAMALAN OKUPANSI KAMAR DI HOTEL G’SIGN MENGGUNAKAN METODE REGRESI LINEAR SEDERHANA

Abstract

In general, occupancy is the number of units used or rented out in a company engaged in property rental. Hotel occupancy is the occupancy rate of hotel rooms where data can be used as a comparison tool for the hotel itself with other hotels for business purposes. Forecasting can be done using various methods, one of which is the regression method.
In data processing carried out in this study are observations, interviews, documentation and literature. From the analysis carried out and the system developed in terms of implementing the room occupancy forecasting application at the G'Sign Hotel using the Simple Linear Regression method in this study it can be explained that using this computer programming application can make it easier to predict the number of hotel room occupancy transactions.
The forms generated in the application consist of user data forms, room data forms, customer data forms, transaction data forms and forecasting calculation forms using the Linear Regression method. Reports generated to make administrative reports easier include room reports, customer reports, occupancy recap data reports and forecasting data reports.
