RANCANG BANGUN INFORMASI PENDATAAN KELAHIRAN TUMBUH KEMBANG DAN IMUNISASI BAYI PADA PUSKESMAS 9 NOVEMBER BERBASIS VISUAL

Abstract

Almost every year computers always experience development. With the advancement and development of computer technology, the process of community service especially the Puskesmas 9 November Banjarmasin can take place effectively and efficiently. For this we need several supporting facilities, one of the supporting facilities is an application that can help in processing data.

Problems faced by the November 9 puskesmas Banjarmasin are processing baby data, parental data, schedule data, vaccine data, KIA data and data and making reports is hampered for a very long time and making KIA reports is that baby growth is not well managed.

The final result of the research at the 9 November Puskesmas Banjarmasin is that with the supporting application at this Puskesmas the processing of birth and development data at the 9 November Puskesmas will run effectively and efficiently with a desktop application that can store data and process KIA data report processing with a computerized system using a program. Visual Studio2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 which can support the performance of the November 9 Puskesmas to create a more effective and efficient performance.
