Abstract

Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provider (PAMSIMAS) is a water and sanitation service for the community. Pamsimas is one of the Government's flagship programs in increasing safe access to drinking water and rural sanitation with a community-based approach. Currently, the management and recording of PAMSIMAS water billing data is still relatively simple. The party in charge of recording the water meter comes to the customer's house and records the water meter in a book. To overcome this manual process, a web-based program was created to build a system to simplify all the processes needed. The PAMSIMAS usage payment application can make it easier for officers to record, search, report usage data and make it easier to notify if there are errors or disruptions from the agency. With the PAMSIMAS usage payment application, the Pandak Daun Village Mufakat Meeting can help overcome the weaknesses of the system used previously.
