RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI SEWA LAPANGAN AIMAN FUTSAL BUNTOK BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Aiman Futsal is a futsal field rental service that aims to determine futsal playing schedules. Currently, Aiman Futsal still uses a manual system in the rental process where renters use the telephone or have to come directly to the location to make the rental and the manager will record the data in a book. The weakness in this system is that it hampers the time of renters and managers in carrying out the rental process, especially if the customer wants to change the playing schedule or cancel the rental. Therefore, with the development of current technological systems, previous systems must be replaced with the use of technological systems that can simplify the rental process for both renters and managers.
The data collection carried out in this research was observation, interviews, documentation, library and browsing. Where all of this is done in order to support this research so as to produce focused research.
From the application design designed in this research, it can be explained how the data processing is carried out in this application. Where in this research an Information System for Aiman Futsal field rental management was produced. Managers process data by inputting main data first. The main data entered consists of price data, schedule data, employee data and tenant data. Then the tenant processes scheduling data consisting of order data, tenant data and schedule data. Then the manager confirms the order data. Managers can create reports from the applications created consisting of tenant data reports, order data reports and main schedule data reports. Meanwhile, renters can create order data reports.
