Abstract
In terms of managing zakat and waqf, data handling is required for each district/city. Where the data managed includes the receipt and distribution of zakat and waqf under the supervision of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Kalimantan Province. It is hoped that data management will be carried out online by utilizing online-based media so that reports can be displayed quickly.
Development of web-based applications to manage this data. Where several pages will be created to process data consisting of Regency/City data, muzaki data, mustahik data, zakat receipt data, zakat distribution data, waqf receipt data, and waqf usage data. Data management in this application is expected to make it easier for the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Kalimantan Province to provide reports easily and quickly regarding the management of zakat and waqf.
From the results of this research, results were obtained including that this application is used to help and simplify the management of zakat and waqf for each district/city. This application can make it easier to record and collect data for zakat managers and manage data on zakat recipients. This application can make it easier to record and collect data on waqf receipts. And this application is expected to be able to overcome the problems faced regarding the management of zakat and waqf data as well as real-time and fast reporting that can be accessed anywhere.
