Abstract

In the field of informatics which is very fast as it is today, many functions can be utilized not only as data storage but also can be used for bigger things such as assessing the quality and quantity of a product or service and others.
Customer satisfaction is one of the important components in sales in the AHASS Roos motorbike workshop, because customer satisfaction with the various products and services offered will be a separate promotion from customers to other potential customers. Roos Motor Ahass is one of the branches of the many official Honda workshops in Central Kalimantan. The increasing number of unofficial workshops will certainly be one of the motivations for Honda, especially the AHASS Motorcycle Roos as an official repair shop to maintain its customers and even attract many customers to enter the AHASS Motorcycle Roos workshop.
With a survey assessment method to customers with good weighting, it can be a benchmark for Roos Motor AHASS to become the best repair shop in Central Kalimantan in particular. The survey method that has been carried out now is considered less effective because it still uses manual calculations in the follow-up process. The problem that arises is the calculation becomes slow and must be revised one by one if there are invalid / incomplete data. While the calculation should only contain valid and complete data so that the results of the calculation can be accounted for.
The final result of this research is the creation of an application that can be used to help speed up the appropriate assessment of customer satisfaction using the SAW method in selecting the best alternative. And provide convenience in data processing and processing activities with Visual Studio 2010.
