Abstract
IPSI (Indonesian Pencak Silat Association) Banjarmasin City, is one of the branches in South Kalimantan, especially in Banjarmasin City. IPSI Banjarmasin City has many college members and in each college there are many martial arts athletes who are brave and have many achievements. In addition, IPSI Banjarmasin City also always holds inter-college championship events, 3 championships in one year in Banjarmasin City. In this case IPSI Banjarmasin City always updates data on active and inactive college athletes, if you want to take part in the championship event.
So far, the system that applies at IPSI Banjarmasin City is still using a manual system, namely the administrator provides athlete and college data forms, then athletes and college administrators fill out the form that has been given then athletes and college administrators submit the form again to IPSI Banjarmasin City to update the data latest. After all, athletes and college administrators cannot periodically see which colleges are active or not.
The final result of the design is able to produce a Web-Based IPSI Banjarmasin Application that can make it easier for IPSI City administrators, and college administrators and athletes to monitor, input or edit their respective college data quickly and easily.
