Abstract

Medical device administration at the Tanah Bumbus District Health Office takes care of company financial transactions related to the use of medical device assets with data collection via Microsoft Excel. This is felt by some users of medical devices to be untidy in terms of storing data and files, not to mention inventory transactions and mutations of medical equipment assets to other parties or agencies.
The data processing of medical equipment assets at the puskesmas and clinics is also not yet integrated with a centralized database. So that access, as well as data manipulation can be done by anyone without any restrictions on user access to the asset management application of these medical devices. The transfer of management methods (computer application development) will facilitate and speed up users/users of medical devices at the Tanah Bumbu District Health Office in managing the use of medical equipment assets. In addition, the development of this new application will increase the reliability of the managed asset data.
This application can make it easier for admins to manage medical devices and operate asset management applications more easily and practically. The use of a simpler system in terms of display, input, storage to the printing of data reports on medical devices. In addition, it minimizes errors in recording or providing medical device asset data and assists in the delivery of information by using reports that are already available directly with the application. The sample data used in the form of data on medical equipment assets at the Tanah Bumbus District Health Office.
