RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN PADA PENGADILAN TATA USAHA NEGARA BANJARMASIN BERBASIS VISUAL

Abstract

The Banjarmasin State Administrative Court of South Kalimantan is a judicial institution within the State Administrative Court which is domiciled in the district or city capital. As a court of first instance, the State Administrative Court functions to examine, decide, and resolve State Administrative disputes. At this time, the financial reports at the Banjarmasin State Administrative Court (PTUN) starting from the expenditure and income of money are still in printed form, the data collection documentation is still in print. only in the form of writing in a ledger, Ms.Word, Ms.Excel.
The data collection carried out in this research is observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. Where all that is done in order to support this research so as to produce a focused research.
Before using this application there is a main menu in the application, in the main menu there are master data, transaction data, report data, print and close. The user menu and treasurer data are inputted by the admin, while transaction data is inputted by the treasurer so that after inputting it will become a financial report. The reports made in this application are income reports (cash in), expense reports (cash out), cash book reports, balance reports and treasurer data reports.
By using this application, it can be a solution for users and parties from the Banjarmasin State Administrative Court in collecting data on financial transactions.
