Abstract
Section Information Technology (ITE) at PT. Saptaindra Sejati km 69 is a section that is engaged in information systems and mining technology, Section Information Technology (ITE) at PT. Saptaindra Sejati km 69 is located in the Warukin area, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province.
In managing data on damage to computer hardware and software (Trouble Handling) as well as data on hazard reports, they still use a manual system in the form of filling out hardcopy forms. Systems like today often experience problems, especially in data archiving. To overcome these problems, we need an application that can help in terms of optimizing data management trouble handling and hazard reports.
This application was created using Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Office Access 2010 as the database. The final result of this research is the creation of an application that can be used to facilitate the management of trouble handling data as well as the management of hazard report data.
