Abstract
To be a rich agency, its need some hardwork from their employee. If it happen, that agency needs to give a gratitude to the employees so that they continue to work diligently. Remuneration is a gratitude to the employee because of their task when giving some service to their customer the out of honour that they take every month with changing values according to the performance. The test result accounting remunerationthe employees can take some values according performances, group, education, workload, responsibility and long term work, so that the prosperity and justice the employees and agency can be achieve. To accounting the values of remuneration, needs so many information about the employee. So, the information system can be advantage in terms of speed and accuracy of calculations.
