SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN DAN PENCATATAN KUNJUNGAN SERTA PERKIRAAN IBU HAMIL MELAHIRKAN PADA BIDAN PRAKTIK MANDIRI (BPM)

Abstract

Midwife practice is an independent community service agency that provides care within the scope of midwifery practice. Midwifery practice is the application of midwifery in providing midwifery services or care to clients with a management approach.
In the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) midwives usually calculate the estimated maternal birth and scheduling family planning (KB) and pregnancy examinations using the manual method (counting / using a pregnancy calendar) and in processing, storing data and payment of patients still with limited manual bookkeeping. Midwives are limited to making it into a ledger because there is no data processing program yet. Difficulties faced by midwives include seeking information on the patient's visit history and need time to provide information (estimated delivery, gestational age and re-control schedule) to the patient. To overcome these obstacles, we need an information system that is expected to facilitate midwives in conducting data processing and calendar calculation processes quickly and easily. With this information system, midwives can do their jobs easily so they can provide better services. This application was created using Visual Basic 2010 and Microsoft Access programming languages.
The final result of this research is the creation of an information system that can be used to facilitate the processing and search of data in the midwife practice of independent practice. With this information system, the existing obstacles can be overcome.
