Abstract
Barabai District Health Office cooperatives still use manual calculations and data recording is still in the form of archives, which can sometimes occur recording and calculation errors due to lack of thorough employee. In this way sometimes employees are slow in calculating, miscalculating the profit sharing of cooperatives given to their members as well as calculations that require a long time and too many records and books.
Then an application program was made to share the profits of cooperative members at the Barabai Health Office based on cooperative member contributions using Visual Studio 2010.
The result of this application was made with the aim of replacing the previous system to be computerized to be able to minimize the level of errors in the distribution of profits from cooperatives, recording, storing data by employees and management of cooperatives and facilitating cooperative accountability reports.
