Abstract
The Regional Secretariat utilizes information technology to support data management and improve public service delivery. However, the increasing volume of service requests and the lack of organized document management have reduced operational efficiency and affected service performance. This study aims to develop a web-based E-Konsul application to support structured service management and work scheduling.
The application was developed to facilitate service scheduling and document management, ensuring that service requests are processed on time according to established priorities. The system was implemented using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system to provide integrated data management.
The study resulted in the development of the E-Konsul application for the Organizational Division of the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Bumbu Regency. The application simplifies document management, service scheduling, and public service processes. Its implementation is expected to improve operational efficiency, service timeliness, and the overall quality of public services.
