Abstract
TPT Hospital in Banjarmasin City is a military hospital that primarily serves patients from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). Administrative services play a vital supporting role in hospital operations. However, these services are still managed manually, including registration for both inpatients and outpatients. This manual process often leads to long queues, especially given the large number of patients, including general public and BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency) members, particularly TNI personnel.
To address this issue, a website-based information system was developed to support and streamline the hospital’s administrative processes. This system facilitates hospital staff in providing more effective and efficient services.
The implementation of the web-based information system has improved service efficiency, reduced processing time, and lowered administrative costs. Medical staff can now easily record and retrieve patient data, process medical records, and access patient history. Faster and more organized medical record processing also enables quicker hospital report generation and improves overall hospital management.
