Abstract
KPPN as part of the Ministry of Finance from the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has widely applied the science of one-stop information services with speed of service as its service principle. This reception service is confidential and can be served at any time related to the receipt of the note, so only a few users are entitled to access this service. In order to make this service a fast and integrity service in one door, KPPN wants to make this service offline and can be done by related users based on files that are in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been provided. Desktop applications are made for offline service processing. By using this application, confidentiality is maintained and does not leak on the internet.
