Abstract
A web-based village secretary selection application using the Weighted Product method is a system designed to facilitate the process of selecting and selecting village secretaries efficiently. The Weighted Product (WP) method is used to calculate the relative weight values of previously determined criteria.
The application will provide an interface to set and manage the criteria that will be used in the selection process. These criteria can include educational qualifications, work experience, expertise, integrity, and so on. Prospective village secretaries can fill in their personal data via the online form provided by the application. The application uses the Weighted Product (WP) method to calculate the relative weight of each criterion provided. has been determined. This weight will be used in the candidate ranking process. After the criteria weights are calculated, the application will rank the candidates based on the score obtained from the Weighted Product calculation. The candidate with the highest score will appear as the top result.
By using this application, the selection and selection process for village secretaries will become more structured, transparent and efficient. The Weighted Product method helps ensure that selection decisions are based on the weight of criteria that have been determined objectively.
